PT Recreation/Aquatic Aide

Job Description
Primary responsibility includes working the front desk at Recreation Center/Aquatics facilities.
Examples of Duties
Computer input of recreation/pool class and event registrations, light office duties, answering phones, greeting customers, and working special events.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must have high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency operating computers/Windows programs, good communication and public relations skills, and ability to perform light office duties.
Supplemental Information
Desire previous experience in a Parks and Recreation setting. Must also be able to push, pull, move and/or lift heavy weights up to 50 lbs., occasionally up to 100 lbs., such as setting up and arranging chairs, tables and sound system equipment. Must be available to work flexible hours such as early morning, late evenings, and weekends.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
