Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer phones, email and text messages.
Manage appointments and cancellations.
Manage referral and lab communication.
Maintain the front desk area in a neat and orderly manner.
Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner.
Process insurance and payments for services rendered.
