The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Verify insurance coverage for patients.
Ensure accuracy of patient information in the system.
Update patient information in the system.
Maintain records of insurance verifications.
Communicate with insurance companies to resolve discrepancies.
Provide customer service to patients and providers.
