The front desk receptionist will be responsible for front desk duties including complex scheduling of multiple treatments, greeting patients, assisting them with check-in, and communicating messages to the physician and other staff members.
Strong interpersonal skills are required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Work closely with the doctor and staff to provide excellent customer service for patients during the in-office consultation/ treatments Schedule patients for follow-up appointments Maintains cleanliness and general appearance of the office Answer phones within first two rings with a professional and helpful demeanor.
Schedules patient appointments into the EMR system Assists with completing forms when necessary Maintains detailed knowledge of software as it relates to job functions Attends all regular staff meetings Promotes clear communication amongst the care team and treating clinicians by ensuring awareness regarding patient treatment plans Requirements:
Previous receptionist/ front desk experience; excellent self organization skills and a high level of computer literacy is required Salary is competitive for candidates with strong skills/ experience.
