This person will join three other similarly-skilled staff persons, interact with patients and their families from a broad range of socioeconomic backgrounds, share responsibility for scheduling and greeting patients, insurance company interactions, etc,.
The experience and requirements we are hoping for are as follows:

BILINGUAL a must 2.
Ability to multi-task well, 3.
Have a positive, friendly demeanor, 4.
Medical office experience preferred, but not necessary, The duties of the Medical Receptionist will be as follows:
1.
Answer telephone calls, 2.
Take messages, 3.
Route calls to appropriate individuals in the office, 4.
Schedule appointments for multiple doctors, 5.
Process insurance authorizations and referrals, 6.
Process pharmacy refill requests, 7.
Render excellent customer service to all patients, doctors, and staff, 8.
Perform patient recalls by phone or mail.
